Welcome to my website! I'd like to tell you a little bit about the way I do business--not exactly "traditional" but it works for me & for my great clients! My business is nearly 100% client referrals, therefore my priority is that I do a great job "Before, during and long after the escrow closes". My business has continued to succeed by always doing what's best for my clients!
For Sellers: When working with Sellers I make sure that I understand my Sellers motivation and timelines. Explaining the complete process keeps my Sellers up to date on what to expect given the market that we are currently in. For those homeowners who are having difficulty with their mortgage payments, I am well equipped with a team of Short Sale Facilitators, Attorney, Tax Advisor, etc that help explain what ALL their options are from Loan Modification, SS or last resort of a forclosure. Your home is your biggest asset & for my sellers to be able to know ALL their options allows them to make choices on a difficult decision.
For Buyers: I pay attention to what it is that my buyers are looking for in a home & that they are working with a lender that is also looking out for their best interest. Buyers enjoy the ease of getting properties sent directly to their email through my website & can just push a button to ask about the property--which those questions are responded to in a timely manner with detailed info.
I keep my clients updated with what is happening in the market via my emails, my website & phone conversations. During the escrows I'm working with a team of professionals from my lenders, escrow officers, contractors, home & pest inspectors which help me stay on track with all the time frames throughout all aspects of the transaction.
After we close escrow, I'm still in contact with my Buyers & Sellers. With working in such close contact looking for properties or marketing the Seller's property, my clients quickly become great friends & trust me as their Real Estate Advisor. Over the years I have established excellent relationships with contractors, painters, CPAs, auto repairs, hair stylist...etc. all of which I refer to my clients. I'm here to provide not only my Real Estate Services, but to also direct others to people I know are providing an excellent service to their customers. Another service my clients receive is an "item of value" sent to them every other month. This includes, tax preparation strategies, budgeting ideas, landscaping, even coupons for vacuum cleaners that help with allergies! My clients deserve the best & I'm truly blessed to have such great clients that advocate & continue to refer me their friends, co-workers, neighbors, relatives to buy/sell from me!
On a personal note, I was raised in Salinas, and my office for the last 20+ years, is also in Salinas. I've lived in Soledad since 1999. I have a supportive husband who is in tile/granite construction. We have a 28 year old daughter who lives in the Bay Area & works at a Veterinarian Hospital. We are members at Compass Church in Salinas & have 3 dogs & 2 cats (plus whatever other animals we are fostering through local animal rescues!). Beside loving animals we love summer boating/camping, San Jose Sharks Hockey, Earthquakes Soccer & going to concerts with our daughter & friends. I have a pretty busy schedule, but we try our best to fit in family time for our lake trips, time with friends & sporting events. It's a Good Life!
